The “Fit 2 Fly 5K” is in its second year as the airport’s only run on our 5,500-foot runway. All are invited to come out and run/walk the runway. There will even be a Kid’s 1 Mile run on the runway as well. This is an opportunity to bring hundreds of runners, walkers, and families on an actual runway to help raise funds for our youth aspiring to become pilots through the David Griffin Aviation Foundation.
