Harwood Center is a local, nonprofit therapy center. We provide ABA therapy and Speech therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other related disabilities. The Firecracker Fast 5K has been a tradition in Little Rock for families and friends for 50 straight years. This iconic course will take you winding down the heart of Little Rock on Kavanaugh Boulevard, swing by the Little Rock Zoo and finish around the outside of War Memorial Stadium.
MightyMite Triathlon
Join us for one of the longest running triathlons in the United States on a special year as we are gearing up for a "HELLFIRE" event in Forrest City Arkansas. This point to point to point triathlon is a unique experience as you start your swim in beautiful Village Creek State Park. Then enjoy a gently rolling bike course with only 550ft of elevation gain and only a handful of turns on the entire 13 mile bike ride. As you enter the 2nd transition point at East Arkansas Community College you will begin your 3 mile run into downtown Forrest City where you will finish at the Chamber of Commerce. After you finish, enjoy a great post race party brought to you by the Forrest City Chamber of Commerce, including a fun picnic style atmosphere on their shaded grass lawn.

Sweet Cheeks Summer Fun Run 5K
This event is a family friendly event that aims to raise money for Sweet Cheeks Diaper Ministry and raise awareness for the issue of poverty and diaper need in Shelby County and surrounding areas. Register to run, walk, or dance your way across the finish line. Strollers are also welcome for the race! Sweet Cheeks Diaper Ministry is the only independently ran basic needs bank in the Mid-South recognized by The National Diaper Bank and partners with local social service agencies to provide diapers to low-income families while raising awareness of the basic health need for diapers. This year we are celebrating distributing over 1.5 MILLION diapers to families in need. 5k participants will receive Chip Timing, Live Results, Finisher Medal (whiles supplies last), Post Race Food and Drinks, Discount Coupons & Giveaways, and Custom awards for Overall and Age Group Winners. Kid's Dash ticket includes shirt, fun run, kid's zone with games, face painting, and more. DJ Gibbs will be back to bring the fun.
West Fight On
West Fight On is back for its 14th year! Since its founding, WFO has raised over $3 million for free cancer services benefiting more than 23,000 people in our community. Memphis’ largest cancer survivor event features three cycling routes—20, 40, and 60 miles—a 5K run/walk, and a one-mile tribute walk.

Share the Love 5K
Join us for the 4th annual Share the Love 5k in memory of Collins Leach on September 26, 2026! This is a family-friendly event including a 5k, a family walk, games, a bounce house, and the 901 Goats!
This event is a time to gather and remember our loved ones. Hosted at the Kemmons Wilson Family Center for Good Grief and Dorothy’s Cottage, participants will get to see where healing grief work happens for our community. The route will be around this pastoral setting and along the Green Belt.
All proceeds will benefit Camp Good Grief, allowing us to continue our mission of providing safe environments for grieving children, teens and adults to explore and express their feelings after the death of a loved one and learn to thrive in a world without that special person.
Memphis Turkey Trot
Join Start 2 Finish and Campbell Clinic Foundation in a Thanksgiving Tradition! The Memphis Turkey Trot is one of the largest annual races in the Memphis area, with more than 2,000 participants of all ages! SRVS Bunny Run 5K
Join us Saturday, April 4th at Cancer Survivors Park as we raise funds for SRVS Kids and empower children with disabilities one “hop” at a time. The Kid's Run and Family Parade will begin at 8:35 a.m., with the race beginning promptly at 9 a.m. In addition to the 5K, this family-fun event also will feature an egg hunt, children’s games, a special visit from the Easter Bunny and more!
The Dusty Pig Half Marathon
Join us in St. Louis on Sunday, March 29th for the return of the St. Charles Half Marathon...now called The Dusty Pig! Starting from Missouri Research Park, the 13.1 miles showcase the area's "pig-ture perfect" natural beauty by running the famous "Pork Chop Loop" along a combination of the Katy Trail, Hamburg Trail and Busch Greenway. Participants receive a race shirt and a custom finisher medal celebrating their accomplishment!
CASA Superhero Run
CASA of North Mississippi advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children through the service of trained, court-appointed community volunteers. The purpose of CASA of North Mississippi is to train volunteers to advocate for the best interest of children in court proceedings to ensure every child is in a safe and permanent home. Viking Half Marathon
Located in the heart of the fabled Mississippi Delta, the Viking Half Marathon • 10K & 5K promises Southern charm, fast times, and an unbelievable race experience. From the time you arrive in Greenwood, you can expect great local culture, an array of fabulous food, and warm Southern hospitality.
The races will begin and end in the historic Cotton Row district of Greenwood and will take you through the flat, tree-lined streets of Greenwood. Racers and spectators will love the beautiful oaks and homes lining Grand Boulevard, once named ”One of America’s 10 Most Beautiful Streets” by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Garden Clubs of America.
The race course also passes by many of the site locations used in the filming of the blockbuster movie The Help, which was filmed in Greenwood in 2010. To top off the weekend, restaurants, residents, and shop owners will welcome you with special menus and activities throughout the weekend. Welcome to Greenwood, a true jewel in the Mississippi Delta.

The Cancer Kickers Big Buffalo 50
The Cancer Kickers Big Buffalo 50 is more than a race. It’s a lifeline.
As the largest annual fundraiser for the Cancer Kickers Soccer Club, every stride taken on race day directly fuels hope, joy, and connection for children around the world who are fighting cancer.
Founded in Memphis in 2016 by Michelle and Chris Clothier, CKSC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to wrapping kids in comfort and community during the hardest battle of their lives. Through custom soccer kits, complete with jerseys, balls, gear, and personalized touches, we remind each child that they’re not facing cancer alone. So far, more than 3,200 kids have received their own kit of courage.
This year, we’re calling on the Memphis running community to help us reach even more children. During registration, you’ll have the option to make a donation to CKSC and every single dollar goes straight to the mission.
Regional One Health ONE-Mile Championship
The fifth annual event will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at the Regional One Health main campus in the Medical District.
This one-mile run/walk is an excellent way for the greater Memphis community to come together to support Regional One Health. There are multiple waves during this event depending on your mile time. The Family Fun Run begins first and is a great opportunity for all abilities to participate by walking, jogging, or bringing the stroller. Your participation helps Regional One Health better serve patients throughout the region.
Special Kids Race
Join us for the 15th Annual Special Kids Race on Saturday, March 14, 2026, where every step you take makes a difference #ForTheKids.
This community event welcomes everyone—whether you're a seasoned runner, casual jogger, leisurely walker, or a family looking to join in together. The course begins at the Murfreesboro Medical Center, guiding you through a scenic flat route that features the historic Stones River Battlefield and the beautiful Gateway Island. In addition to the race, there will be a Family Fun Zone, refreshments and activities for all ages.
Quivering Quads Trail Runs
The 27th edition of the Quivering Quads Trail Race will be held on Sunday, March 8th, 2026. Whether you opt for the Half Marathon or 8 Mile race, both courses offer incredible Ozark-like bluff views, climbs, descents, multiple creek crossings, and a race you won't forget in Cuivre River State Park.
Participants will receive a long sleeve shirt, a custom finisher medal, and post-race food, snacks, beer from Urban Chestnut, and other refreshments. Registration is limited to 400 participants.

The Mississippi River Marathon offers the only marathon in the Mississippi Delta and a variety of opportunities that no other race in the world can offer. Our goal is first, for people across the nation, especially in the Delta communities, to get excited about healthy lifestyles by supporting and participating in our running events. Second, this marathon was created to help all children receive an excellent education by donating funds raised to the Washington County and Southeast Arkansas Community Foundations.
Campbell Clinic Collection
Campbell Clinic Orthopaedics has been in the business of keeping people healthy for over 115 years in the Mid-South. With the launch of the Campbell Clinic Collection series we are able to educate the Memphis running community on leading sports medicine care and offer both preventative measures and treatment of sports-related injuries. As the official team physicians for all the professional sports teams in the city, as well as all the collegiate teams – we are a valuable resource for athletes and runners participating in this series. We’ll get hands-on for our participants on race day with onsite access in our swag tent to Normatec recovery therapy provided by our performance and wellness facility, Accel.

Sugar Run supports diabetes research through Breakthrough T1D while encouraging youth athletics.
History of the Sugar Run 5K
The first Sugar Run held in 2006 had 37 participants and raised $2,500.
Now, 19 years later, the Sugar Run has evolved with the help of faithful supporters.
We share Breakthrough T1D's goal to eradicate Type One diabetes, therefore, the Sugar Run benefits Breakthrough T1D's Fund a Cure where proceeds are used for diabetes research.
FedExFamilyHouse 5K
FedExFamilyHouse is hosting its 8th Annual 5k Run/Walk!
All funds raised through this event will be applied directly to the operating budget of the facility, so FedExFamilyHouse can continue to provide the comforts of home at no cost to families who travel from across the nation and world for their child's treatment at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.
We will gather for an in-person run/walk as well as hold a virtual event so runners & walkers in both the greater Memphis area and the world can participate. Welcoming Lisa Lisson, President of Air Operations for FedEx, as this year's Award Emcee.
Kosten Foundation Kick It 5K
The Kosten Foundation’s Kick It 5K, presented by Baptist Memorial Health Care, is an in-person run or walk with all proceeds going towards funding pancreatic cancer research. The 15th annual race is also welcoming virtual runners so supporters can participate no matter where they are. Over the years, the race has grown to include more than 2,500 participants with last year’s race raising more than $150,000.
In just 20 years, the Kosten Foundation has raised and donated more than $2.4 million to pancreatic cancer research programs. The Foundation hosts a free monthly virtual support group meeting for pancreatic cancer patients, survivors, and anyone else affected by the disease. Run of Champions
Run of Champions is North Mississippi’s premier race experience, promoting wellness, community, and local pride. Set against the iconic backdrop of the University of Mississippi campus, runners enjoy a true “athlete experience” — complete with medals, race shirts, and a lively post-race Grove Partyfeaturing music, vendors, and local flavor. More than just a run, it’s a celebration of Oxford and a vital fundraiser for the North Mississippi Exchange Family Center, supporting prevention, education, and family services across the region.
Runway 5K
Memphis Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) is excited to host its inaugural MEM Runway 5K on September 20.
Participants will have a chance to run on one of MEM’s runways and get a close-up view of aircraft landing and taking off. The uniqueness of this event allows runners to experience the airport grounds, and rare views of an airport that served nearly 5 million passengers in 2024 and ranks among one of the busiest cargo airports in world.
