Runstreak for Mental Health

Move your body. Support your mental health. Show up for something bigger than yourself.

This May, join thousands of people choosing movement as a way to care for their mental health. Runstreak for Mental Health is a simple, powerful challenge: move at least one mile every day during Mental Health Awareness Month — or complete 31 total miles throughout May.

Walk, run, bike, hike, roll — however you move, you belong here.

Runstreak is about consistency, not speed. It’s about showing up, even when motivation is low. It’s about reminding yourself that forward is a pace. 💚

Dogwood Run 3K

For many years, the Dogwood Parade was a yearly staple in Ladue’s tight-knit community, celebrating camaraderie, family and the anticipation of warmer months ahead. In 2025, we introduced The Dogwood Run, welcoming back the spirit and legacy of the parade to the heart of Ladue. That legacy will continue to 2026!

After a scenic, tree-lined run, walk or stroll (yes, strollers are welcome!) around the famous “Ladue Triangle,” everyone will come together at the Post-Race Festival to kick off summer and give back, with all race proceeds benefiting The Ollie Hinkle Heart Foundation.

The Market Mile is a community-based, one-mile walk/run that invites you to give back and have fun doing it by joining us at our great after-party in Union Station!

Beyond the promise of sunny summer weather, a one-mile course straight down Market Street, the “take it at your own pace” vibes and a buzzing after-party at Union Station, the Market Mile is different because it’s powering up the nonprofits who work tirelessly on the future of our city.

The Market Mile serves St. Louis through core areas of need: accessible green spaces, safe housing, public safety, and youth programs. We’ve carefully selected Market Mile Race Beneficiaries that you may choose to support when you register.

We raised over $16,000 for nonprofits in 2024 and 2025!

Bootlegger Trail 10K

The 8th annual Bootlegger 10K trail run will be held on Sunday, February 22nd, on upper Creve Coeur Park's Bootlegger's Run trail, which gets its name from the area's notorious reputation during Prohibition. According to one account, "Prohibition brought gamblers and gangsters back and clubhouses, roadhouses, and the notorious Creve Coeur Hotel provided havens for crime.” Another history offers, "Around the 1920's the area began to decline in popularity as gangsters and hoodlums began to frequent the saloons, restaurants, and nightclubs located at the lakefront. By the end of Prohibition, Creve Coeur was almost exclusively a gangster hideout." Today, Creve Coeur Park has regained its pre-Prohibition notoriety as a beautiful locale for enjoying nature. It is regularly filled with St. Louisans running or biking the trails, riding zip lines at Go Ape, sailing or rowing on the lake, or simply having a picnic.

The beautiful Bootlegger 10K course is primarily single-track trail and includes plenty of turns, switchbacks, and hills. Look closely and you may see remnants of the Creve Coeur Lake streetcar line that brought ne'er-do-wells to the area during Prohibition. Add winter weather to that mix and the Bootlegger 10K will surely test your will against Mother Nature at her toughest.

All registrants receive a custom finisher item (details coming soon), and the option to purchase a commemorative long sleeve tri-blend shirt. Finishers can enjoy snacks and post-race beer.

Bad Santa 5K

Do you live and run with an attitude that risking a lump of coal in your stocking is the cost of adventure? Rather throw back a finish line brew from right here in The Lou while supporting your local community? Don't want to break the holiday gift fund on race registration?

Come naughty, come nice to the NEW Bad Santa 5K on December 7th! This timed run through Carondelet Park celebrates the Holiday Season the right way – with a party, free beer, custom race tee and much more.

The course will feature stunning winter scenes with plenty of lakes, woods and railroad tracks to explore – perfect for seasoned and casual runners alike. Enjoy post-race beer from Urban Chestnut beer, as well as snacks and your usual post-race antics! After the race, warm-up by joining us at Urban Chestnut's Bierhall for the Bad Santa afterparty.

We’re also collecting new and gently used winter coats, hats and gloves to benefit the Kurt Warner First Things First Foundation and Warners’ Warm-Up Coat Drive in keeping our neighbors warm during the cold winter months. Bring yours on race day, and Operation Food Search will ensure the coats get to those who need them!
In addition to the run and post-race fun, participants can enjoy a logo’d race shirt and finisher keychain to stay festive through the winter months.

So what the bells are you waiting for? Register now, you filthy animals!
