Start 2 Finish (“Start 2 Finish,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates event management and timing services and the S2F Staffing web application used by our staff and admins. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Contact details such as name, email address, and mobile phone number
  • Account and workplace details such as S2F Office and app permissions
  • Mailing address when needed for check delivery
  • Staffing activity such as availability, assignments, confirms, and related notices
  • Device-notice settings when you install the S2F Staffing web app and allow notices
  • Messages you send in an event thread or replies you text to our staffing number

How we use information

  • To create and manage S2F Staffing accounts
  • To staff events: availability, assignment, publish, confirm, and related operations
  • To send staffing notices by email, text message, in-app notice, and device notice
  • To operate the event thread and related crew communication for published assignments
  • To improve reliability of notices (for example, using text when device notices are unavailable)
  • To meet legal, security, and business recordkeeping needs

SMS and mobile information

If you provide a mobile number for S2F Staffing, we may send operational text messages about availability, assignments, confirms, schedule changes, inactive events, and setup nudges when device notices are not available. These texts use Start 2 Finish’s dedicated staffing number and are separate from race-participant texts.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use service providers that help us deliver messages and run the product (for example, SMS and email delivery providers). They may process information only to provide those services to Start 2 Finish.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to our staffing texts to opt out of SMS
  • Reply HELP for help with staffing texts
  • Ask your office admin or company admin to update or remove your mobile number in S2F Staffing
  • Manage device notices in the S2F Staffing app setup / Account screens

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of Start 2 Finish’s S2F Staffing service and related staffing communications. By using S2F Staffing or providing a mobile number for staffing notices, you agree to these Terms.

The service

S2F Staffing is Start 2 Finish’s internal tool for staff availability, assignment, publish, confirm, and event-thread communication for race weekends and related work dates across Start 2 Finish offices.

Accounts

Accounts are created for Start 2 Finish staff and admins. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for information you provide (including email and mobile number).

SMS Terms

Start 2 Finish may send operational SMS messages related to S2F Staffing, including:

  • Events open for availability
  • Published or updated assignments
  • Reminders to confirm assignments
  • Inactive-event notices and related staffing alerts
  • Setup nudges when device notices for the event thread are not available

Message frequency varies with staffing activity and the event calendar. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of staffing SMS. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not delete your S2F Staffing account; email and in-app notices may still apply where used.

Providing your mobile number for S2F Staffing means you agree to receive these operational texts from Start 2 Finish’s staffing number. This program is for Start 2 Finish staff and admins. It is not for race-participant marketing or participant race-day texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse S2F Staffing or staffing texts. Do not attempt to use the staffing number or app for spam, harassment, or anything unrelated to Start 2 Finish staffing operations.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions or the Privacy Policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
