The run will be live in Covington. BUT, we host a VIRTUAL version as well (known as Spirit Runners) so you can participate from anywhere during the month of October.
The live event will go through and by many of the famous filming locations from the popular TV series as well as other horror shows and films that have been filmed here. Whether you participate live or virtually as a spirit, you will receive a bib, medal, and finisher shirt!

2025 Kaleidoscope Child Foundation 5K Run/Walk for Education
Kaleidoscope Child Foundation is a non-profit organization working to remove the barriers to education in underprivileged areas, including Cambodia, Guatemala, India, and the U.S. More than 1,000 students are currently part of Kaleidoscope's unfolding story of access, education, and empowerment.
However, providing a high-quality, effective level of education to children in underprivileged rural areas isn't simply about building schools. There are many complex reasons why children can't attend school, each with numerous interconnected issues: a lack of access to clean water, poor healthcare, remote locations, and economic instability all play a roll alongside inadequate education levels.
Thanks to the generous contributions of our donors, sponsors, and annual run/walk participants, we remove many of these obstacles by building schools, recruiting qualified educators, funding medical assistance, and providing sources of clean water.

Welcome to the 2025 Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival 5k, one of metro Atlanta's favorite charity runs, and an
Atlanta Journal Constitution Peachtree Road Race qualifier.
Join us at 8 am on Saturday March 22, 2025 in Brookhaven's beautiful Blackburn Park. Runners and fans can kick the morning off right with a fast course, lots of good cheer, and the knowledge that 100% of race proceeds go directly to support the important work at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
Walkers are welcome and will start immediately after the runners.
As always, we are excited that the Cherry Blossom 5k continues to draw so many family groups that include young runners and children in strollers every year. For everyone's safety and enjoyment we ask that all participants continue to be considerate of those runners working towards a competitive time and mindful of small children. If you prefer, you are welcome to join our walkers for a beautiful morning stroll through Blackburn Park.
